What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.

Do you sell the STL file for your products?
No. We are a 3D printing business, not a 3D file vendor.


I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 4-7 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 4-7 days.


Tracking numbers will be updated as soon as the order is marked as SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at: craniacstudiosllc@gmail.com.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time for orders within the United States is 3-5 business days. The average shipping time for international shipping is 15-29 business days.


What are your products made with?
Pieces are 3D printed in a tough UV cured resin. Thinner products (Weapons, heads with thin, long hair) are primarily made with a tough resin while products that are less likely to break (Heads with thick hair or bald heads) are made with a more typical resin. Some products may come in a flexible resin (Armor, certain heads). Our products are manufactured with quality and durability in mind, but some thin parts may still be very fragile. Handle with care.


What colors do your products come in?
There is no specific color that the products are made in unless agreed upon between the customer and the Craniac Studios prior to purchase.


Do you make life-sized products?
No. Craniac Studios provides heads and accessories for TOYS and ACTION FIGURES. None of our products are life sized.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Craniac Studios will only issue a refund if the item is flawed due to an error in the manufacturing of the product. If a flaw is identified, or the product arrived damaged, the customer is highly encouraged to contact us so that we may rectify the situation. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include a name and order number on the returned parcels.

Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

I am not familiar with the scaling of action figures. Can you please explain?

If the customer orders the wrong size they will need to place a new order for the correct size. Ordering the wrong size is not grounds for refunds or exchanges.

Note: Our 1:6 Scale heads are based on PHICEN/TBLEAGUE 1:6 Scale heads.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

My order arrived damaged. What can I do?
Customers are encouraged to contact Craniac Studios if their order was damaged in transit. Situations will be handled in a case-by-case basis.


I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at craniacstudiosllc@gmail.com

If the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission. Craniac Studios is not responsible for products that are shipped to the wrong address due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Do your heads fit on the neck peg of action figures?
Every manufacturer of action figures (Hasbro, Mafex, McFarlane, NECA, etc) make different pegs for different bodies. This makes it nearly impossible to determine what peg the customer is planning to use. Therefore, It is the responsibility of the customer to make the product function to their liking. For example, all heads provided by Craniac Studios will have a socket for the neck of an action figure. However, some of our heads are hollow and must be filled by the customer in order to fit onto the selected body that they desire to use. This can be done with putty, hot glue, or blue tack. It may also be necessary to drill or dremel the socket to be deeper in order to fit the desired neck. There are several tutorials on this easy process that can be found online.
